AAMPACT E-Commerce Study 2021 completed
Together with the market research company BBE Automotive, AAMPACT again conducted a comprehensive study of the e-commerce market in 2021. In contrast to the previous studies, the customer behaviour of both workshops and drivers were specifically investigated. In 7 European markets (Germany, England, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and Russia), 300 garages and 1,000 drivers each were intensively questioned about their purchasing behaviour for spare parts and accessories. In addition to the various online ordering options, the traditional ordering methods and corresponding preferences by product group were also surveyed. This revealed huge differences.
Rounded off by expert opinions, upstream workshops in the individual countries and a lot of market data, this has resulted in a very informative study that precisely shows the current picture and the expected development of the European online trade in car parts, also from the customer's point of view.
