Second Online Meeting at Working Group Legal

The legal experts of our member companies are looking forward to the next face-to-face meeting in spring 2022. Hopefully at ElringKlinger's premises in Dettingen/Erms. The last two meetings in 2020 and on the 29th of April 2021 took place online.

The new warranty law and the Supply Chain Act were examined with regard to their impact on the aftermarket and with the help of Frank Schlehuber from CLEPA, the progress made with regard to the Block Exemption Regulation (MVBER) from 2023 as well as other european developments affecting the Independent Aftermarket were highlighted.
