Steering Committee on tour

By following the invitation of Karsten Schüßler-Bilstein to Gelsenkirchen, an extraordinary Steering Committee meeting took place in the new logistics centre of the bilstein group.

The aim of the meeting was to prioritise the AAMPACT activities and to further grow together in the "new" Steering Committee and Management Team. Since the election in November 2021 and the handover from the former team in December 2021, this was the first face-to-face meeting in this circle. Previous meetings have taken place virtually because of Corona. Of the 6 Steering Committee members and 4 management positions, 7 new members joined the committees due to the generational change from the previous team.

As headings of priorities for our work, we have agreed on the topics "Access to data", "Sustainability in connection with the Supply Chain Act", "Digitisation” and "War for Talents". We will present these focal points in more detail at the General Meeting on May, 12th in Frankfurt.
