Working Group Social Media meets virtual
On 22nd April, we welcomed 38 participants to the virtual meeting of the "Social Media Working Group". We agreed that after more than a year of Corona, the digital and virtual world has accelerated extremely. There are web meetings, webinars, virtual ITG meetings and online fairs. Some like it, some think it's too much. It will certainly be necessary to find the right balance in the future. The collective evaluation of the various online measures also varied. Many things work well, some not yet. Almost all participants also offer online training and webinars. However, the equipment of the workshops for online meetings is not nearly as good as their tools, diagnostic devices and workshop equipment.
A best practice example by Julia Gramse, from Clarios, on social media activities with the VARTA brand, guest lectures by Marius Kaufhold from Mr. ATZ on Google and Facebook criteria and by Philipp Sternberg on the progress and possibilities with FabuCar, completed the working group meeting. The next meeting on 10th November will deal with the topics "virtual communication" and " social listening".
