European E-Commerce Study launched
With the kick-off meeting on the 23rd of February, the European E-Commerce Study 2021 was launched. After the previous surveys in 2012, 2015 and 2018, which we conducted with 2HMForum, this study was entirely relaunched. In the process, the study content was also completely relaunched. While the previous studies focused on dealers and stores, we are now looking at the market from the customer's point of view. What and why do workshops, "Do it Yourself" and "Do it for me" customers order online or offline? What is their shopping experience like and what volumes and products are sold in which channels in the 6 different countries?
26 AAMPACT member companies are participating and have chosen BBE Automotive as their market research partner. NAAG Group is leading the project and Mariam Lochoshvili from Sensata/Schrader is the project manager. In the "Kick Off" meeting yesterday all participants agreed on the next steps to start early March. The results will be available in September.
