The youth is ready!

Already today, tomorrow’s aftermarket managers should work on the challenging tasks of the future for the international automotive aftermarket.

That is the reason why a new working group was founded at AAMPACT. Under the title “Young Professional Working Group” 21 young and future-oriented managers from 15 member companies came together. The first meeting took place on March 3rd at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket in Langen. The participants quickly got along with each other very well and actively began to define the topics for their future work.

With regard to the upcoming changes in the labour market, “Digitalisation”, “The future of the spare parts market” and “Organic change” are important topics.

New participants are always welcome to join. The only conditions: Our participants should be young, fresh and open-minded, have an international focus and should be willing to enthusiastically participate.

The next meeting is already scheduled: On Monday, June 15th the working group will meet at ZF AG in Friedrichshafen.
