VREI becomes AAMPACT - New Name -Same Aim
The automotive replacement parts market and its topics are becoming more and more international, traders and manufacturers have been acting globally for a very long time.
In the past two decades, we actively followed this development content-wise and operated internationally. Apparently, this has not been recognized everywhere because the name that we used to use since the foundation in 2002 seems pretty German. VREI, Verein Freier Ersatzteilemarkt e.V.
It was time to find a meaningful name that represents our international orientation, can be applied everywhere and is memorable, is not used yet, can be saved as a domain and can easily be featured as a logo.
With the help of the experienced communications agency GERASCH Communications, after many suggestions, several meetings, and many discussions, we achieved our goal. We decided on a new brand name.
AAMPACT, The International Aftermarket Association or in short form AAMPACT e.V.
We may have a new name, but our aims and activities remain the same.
Actively representing the interests of the leading automotive suppliers and parts manufacturers in the replacement parts market.
We are happily looking forward to continue our cooperation with our many members as well as the domestic and international colleagues associations. We are excited about new projects and many more international contacts.
